ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 Full price, unworn, and unwashed items from domestic orders are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund if a Return Authorization is requested within 7 days of order receipt.

All jewelry, lingerie, sale items, and international orders are final sale as well as any items indicated as such in its product description details. After 7 days of order receipt, all sales are considered final.

RETURN PROCESSING

We require all returns to have been issued an RA number and shipped back with tracking confirmation or we cannot process the return. Once an RA number has been issued, please complete the form included with your order. Return postage with tracking and insurance is the responsibility of the customer, but all exchanged goods will ship back free of charge. We are not liable for any lost in transit return packages.

Refunds and store credits will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Billi Club Goods LLC holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. Once payment details are approved, orders are processed from the New York area and ship FedEx Ground service. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All buyers will receive an order receipt by email with tracking information when shipment is confirmed. Please send any additional requests or questions to billiclubgoods@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping costs are $30 to USA via FedEx Ground and $50 to all other international customers via FedEx Economy.

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by FedEx are not necessarily guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.

All international orders are final sale. Any refused international order will be refunded upon receipt, withholding the cost of return shipping.

TAXES

All orders being shipped within New York will pay sales tax based on state and county. Residents of other US states are not subject to taxes on their purchase.
